Many of our items are handmade and customized to create a special
uniqueness. Although
items/patterns may be duplicated, they each have their own unique style.
Shipping/Handling
Policy
Most
items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
We will ship UPS upon request.
Your shipping cost depends upon your shipping method, the weight
of the item(s) ordered and the value of the package.
Order
Info
Items
currently in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom order
shipping varies depending upon the item(s) ordered. All orders must be paid in advance.
Returns
Defective
merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the
original invoice. The
defective merchandise will be replaced with a like item.
All other sales are final. Shipping
charges will not be refunded. To
return a defective item, please mail via USPS to Harp Field Design, P.O.
Box 241, Wills Point, Texas 75169
Product Availability and Special Orders
Our
website is updated weekly and we strive to keep all items posted on the
website in stock. If an item
is not available at the time your order is placed, we will contact you
with an approximate delivery date. When
placing a special order, please complete the Order Form.
